Her passion for the law began long before she became an attorney — starting as a legal assistant during summers in high school and continuing through college. In addition to her real estate practice, Raizel is Of Counsel to the Ferrer Law Group, where she also advises clients and handles all kinds of real estate litigation including HOA and Condo Association Disputes. In addition to mastering real estate law, Raizel is proficient in business law, corporate matters, and contract negotiations. She has handled entity formations, commercial lease agreements, business sales, vendor contracts, and nonprofit compliance, often helping her clients grow and protect their ventures alongside their real estate holdings.
Raizel earned her J.D. cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and Business Law from the University of Miami. Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, she is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and deeply connected to the community she serves.
Her career began as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, where she gained invaluable trial experience prosecuting serious felony cases. She later served as in-house counsel for Castle Key, Esurance, and Allstate Insurance Company, managing statewide litigation and complex claims. With over two decades of combined legal experience — from her first law office job in high school to her years as a litigator — Raizel blends extensive real estate knowledge with strong courtroom skills and practical, results-driven advice.
